Hi! My name is Laura and I'm currently looking for a professional model flute and piccolo. Price doesn't matter but I would only be able to make payments. I attend Kent State University and am a music education major. In order to be a successful player I need a new flute and piccolo ASAP! This student model EMERSON C foot flute, model 1CT, is being sold by the original owner. The instrument is in good playing condition, but has some pitting, scratches and tarnishing that is expected from a beginner?s flute. It is a closed hole instrument and comes with both straight and curved head joints making it the perfect choice for younger Suzuki flutists with smaller hands and reach. This flute is silver plated nickel silver throughout, and has a sterling silver lip plate and riser. The flute comes with a black injection molded case with handle that is in excellent condition. This beautiful EMERSON C flute, model E.L.D., is being sold by the original owner. The instrument is in like new condition,with original warranty certificate, and is scratch and tarnish free. It is an open hole instrument with removable cork key inserts for flutists with smaller fingers. This flute was custom built with special ordered features. Those custom features include a ?B? foot; offset ?G?; and the Emerson ?gizmo? feature (for the facilitation of high ?C?). The instrument was also upgraded to include a gold crown, HAND CUT gold embouchure plate, sterling silver head joint, sterling silver body and sterling silver foot joint. The keys and spring mechanisms are silver plated nickel silver. The flute includes a premium French style leather case and cover. A local music store recently provided an appraised replacement value of over $ 1,500 for our insurance. This marvelous instrument plays easy and has a beautiful tone. Asking $ 1100.
