Grenadilla Piccolo Wanted <Lauren.fanmail@juno.com> - Syracuse, NY USA - Tuesday, May 29, 2001

I am an advanced, talented flute/piccolo player seeking a grenadilla piccolo in very good or new condition for concert/solo work. No brand preferred, as long as the instrument plays well and has a nice warm piccolo tone. I am looking pre-owned because these instruments just have a nice "seasoned" sound!

I am looking for information about (what I believe to be) a 1956 Artley flute that I recently inherited. The serial number is 27151 and the model number (I think) is 51 (written on the under-side of the head). Any information would be helpful and greatly appreciated. The flute is in fair shape.
