This is a Trevor James Alto Flute, with a straight sterling silver headjoint, silver-plated body, keys and C foot. It was purchased new in December 2000 and is in altogether excellent condition: plays fine, with good pads, keys aligned, and no nicks, dings or scratches. Gemeinhardt KG Special solid silver gold plated lip headjoint. Would be an excellent upgrade for advancing student! Bought it new in 1989 and upgraded my headjoint in 1991, so it's been in a headjoint case since then. Gemeinhardt considers the flute a 3SB now, using their "J" headjoints. They tell me they used their "traditional" darker sounding headjoint in 1989. Other than a little tarnish on end of barrel and one small scratch on lip, there's no dents. fluteworld.com lists gold J headjoint at $750. Accepting offers. Jupiter 305 ABS-plastic piccolo. Needs repad, otherwise in fine working condition. 130$ as is, 225$ with repad completed. It would probably take about a month to get the repad done.
