Details/contact info: I am selling a magnificent 4500-series Louis Lot flute.It is all original,down to the original padwashers.It is hallmarked from top to bottom.The flute is playable but really needs an overhaul.The emblem is solid gold(The initials "H.V" maybe meaning that the flute was ordered by Henri Villette,the last owner of the shop?).It plays with a beautiful dark ,colourful and centered sound.Note the elaborate crown/ending of the headjoint.Plays at A=440.Pictures availabe on request.Please let me know if you have further questions.Price: Make offer.

Any brand or model of piccolo, preferably in playable condition (repairs are so expensive!) for my daughter. She already plays the flute and has been earning her own money all summer to buy a piccolo, but the ones we have found on ebay are either junk or overpriced. If you can help, that would be great. This is a beautiful early SELMER PARIS Handmade French Flute. It is Solid Silver throughout including keywork. Pointed arms on keys. Soldered tone holes. The serial No. is 3462. The pads are excellent being yellow double skin. The crown has been finished with nice detail. This is quite a lightweight flute and the tube measures .0135 wall thickness. Might benefit from a different headjoint as the embouchure hole is somewhat rectangular but still plays very well. It sails up to D above C quite happily. I am asking £650.
