I am looking for a Professional, Open-hole, B-foot flute. I am moving up, and want to get the best flute I can afford--hopefully a silver pro line flute. At this point, I am a High School student, and my dream is to become a symphony/studio musician some day. I am in an orchestra now in my H.S. band. I have gotten some good advice FROM nice people through this site and am still looking as I save up. My instuctor has a Haynes, and I've also heard some good things about a number of other flute makers (Powell, Muramatsu, etc.) I would like to arrange (if possible) to try for 1 week (and have it checked out). I have a Powell 2100 flute for sale. I am asking $4500 or best offer. This flute is a handmade conservatory model, with 10k gold springs and drawn tone holes. It is tuned to A=442. It has an inline g and the traditional french key cup design. The headjoint also has an interior of 9k rose gold (aurumite). Please email if interested!
