Haynes professional, handmade, solid silver flute, #30716. Open-holed French keys, B-foot, in-line G, soldered tone holes. This flute has had only three owners, all of whom have maintained it very well. It was originally made for George Madsen, piccolist of the Boston Symphony. It is currently in top condition--having just been completely overhauled in 2003 by Alan Franklin (including new pads, springs, cleaning, oiling and regulation -- $900). $600. I am the second owner of it and I was told that it is a Philharmonic style. It has a nice round sweet sound to it. It should fit any standard 0.016 walled flute. The only thing wrong with it cosmetically is that at some time it looks like a dent was removed and it left a spot, other than that it is perfect. Please ask for pictures.
