I have a Gemeinhardt Flute 2SP. Plateau model (closed hole); silver-plated headjoint, body, footjoint and keys. Comes with velvet case. Needs a little cleaning. Yamaha model YFL-221. Silver plated tube, nickel silver forged keys, offset G, closed hole, c foot. Some pitting on keys, very slight, not really visible. Small tarnish spots on right 3rd key. Plays well, good octave range. I just recieved it as a gift, and I have no need for it. As Yamaha students go, it plays well. Comes with case and cleaning rod. 400 or b.o. Very lenient (sp?). Combination Flute and Piccolo Case made by Gemeinhardt. Black hard case with dark blue plush lining, in mint condition. Holds C foot flute, not B foot. Will accomodate many makes of flutes and piccolos, but my Muramatsu headjoint is too long to fit. $50 includes shipping/insurance. Great Christmas gift!

I have for sale a mint condition Yamaha 881 solid silver flute. It features soldered tone holes, in-line G, open holes, French pointed keys, low B foot. It's French case is in great shape too. It's solid silver (head, body and keys as well). No dings or dents on the body. The pads seal well and are OK, but not great. Anyone interested can e-mail me for pictures of this fine instrument. Armstrong 104 student flute in good playing condition. Silver (NOT nickel!) plated headjoint, body, and keys, plateau (closed-hole) keys, offset G, C foot (typical student model). Pads are not new and flute has some dents and scratches of the type inflicted by young flutists! Nothing terrible with the most noticeable being on the embouchure plate, not affecting playing at all. Plating is otherwise in good shape. Armstrong hard case with plush lining. Great alternative to rental fees! Owner moving to more advanced flute. $135 + $20 shipping/insurance. Email for photos!

Affordable open-hole flute for advancing player! I performed with this flute in Key West last summer- great tone, just serviced, pads not new but plays well. Popular offset G, silver plated head/body/keys, C foot, hard case with plush lining. Model 15-0 (1980's)in exceptional condition. Keys could use tightening a little. If your child is desperate for an open-hole flute and you are intimidated by prices, this may be ideal. Beautiful Open-hole intermediate/professional Gemeinhardt with solid silver headjoint, body, foot, AND keys. Low B foot, popular offset G, C gizmo, plugs for holes. Made around 1970 when Gemeinhardt handmade flutes were heavier-walled with a dark, rich tone. Gemeinhardt says this is the old 3SSB, most equivalent to the 33SSB now ($5000 pro model) but not the more recent 3SSB(intermediate). Springs appear gold, no pointed tone arms. Extremely well cared for, just serviced. French case, leather cover. Zipper pull on case cover needs repair. $950 includes shipping/insur. US ONLY. Very rare find. Email me for photos!
