Grenadilla wood body and straight (not bubble) head joint with sterling silver keys and gold springs. It is in very good condition, no cracks in the head or body and only cosmetic scratches on the keys. It could use an adjustment and a good cleaning as it has not been played in a while. It has a good scale with only a little resistance in the lower register (but I think an adjustment would take care of that). Plays well in and ensemble and tunes easily. Solid silver body and solid silver head with gold plated lip and riser, open hole, gold springs, in-line G, B-foot with high C facilitator. This flute is in fine condition cared for by a professional musician, only small cosmetic scratches. It could use new pads and an adjustment. Emerson is retailing it at $2,300, I am asking $1,200.00 This would be a fine instrument for a high school or middle school student upgrading from their beginner flute. I own a solid silver with gold-plated lip Gemeinhardt KG Special flute and it needs a new home! It has open open holes (but I have plugs), b-foot and is in great shape.plays beautifully! I have the cleaning rod, hard case, and a leather soft carrying case that surrounds it all! I paid $1500 for it. I would like $800 but I will consider any reasonable offer.
