The IWAO Flute; this flute was made in Japan and is comparable to a student Miyazawa. Offset G, and C foot, closed holes. Founder of the company Mr. Yokoyama actually worked for Muramatsu for many years before starting this company. Flute is in good shape with minor dings that don't affect play and will need new pads. Open holed,B-foot flute. Bought used two years ago for $800, the flute is in the same condition as the day i bought it. The body already had wear to the silver plate. there are no new dents or scratches. The flute comes from a non-smoking house. recently overhauled, and had some work done to the springs for a lighter key action.the headjoint is free blowing and extremly responsive, it has a sweet and light tone. selling price is 600.
