Muramatsu sterling flute, open-hole to C (old "Standard" model). Sorry folks: no B-foot, no French tone arms, no gold anywhere on it. Nice new pads and lovely tone, lovingly cared for. Original leather-covered wood case. No dents, some tarnish (not played in 20 yrs), condition Very Good. $1000, appraised considerably higher but in view of demand for newer/fancier models asking lowest possible price. Rare vintage flute by Ph. Marcil/Selmer. Frenchmade in the USA. Marcil was one of Selmer's best saxophone builders. Pinless mechanism, pointed keys. Silverplating is about 80% intact. No dents. A really heavy flute. There are no retainer screws on the pads--pads need to be unpunched and floated-in with shellac--just like a clarinet's. Note: Will need a repad to be playable. Mechanism is in great shape. $175 plus $15 shipping. Collector's item.

Rare ciro d'amore handmade solid silver alto flute in g. ciro worked at vqp powell in boston for many years and made this #58. wall is .018 solid sterling, soldered tone holes, pointed french arms, excellent pads. alto flute was desinged after a haynes bore, so its fatter than usual powell altos. i aslo had gene sagerman custom handcraft a new lip plate and it made the alto flute incredible. photos avail and any more facts you may need email me. compare to ostroff-sagerman $1300, this is probably a better fatter, lush sounding alto fout for less asking $10,500. ciro worked at haynes since 1945, & then at powell in boston till his pa
