I am trying to locate a previously owned instrument. It is a Muramatsu DN model #80975, heavy wall with D# roller, gizmo, and inline G key. This is an older model dating from around the 1980's. Bonneville flute #18XX needing a good home. Silver plated, open hole in-line G, soldered tone holes. This flute is in need of restoration and comes without footjoint or case. I have used the headjoint on my Altus and it sings with that unique French vintage quality as usual with these flutes. I have not had the time to see to its restoration so am letting it go now. This flute was bought from France and I believe will be a wonderful instrument with an excellent singing quality. Flute was repadded by Powell in 2005. Aurumite headjoint the has a solid gold lip plate. Flute is in excellent condition. Solid silver keys . Gold springs. G insert disc. pointed arms. Needs nothing. This a great price when you consider that the recent repad cost me $600 and the Aurumite headjoint alone cost $1,395. flute world is selling this same flute for $4,995, without the Aurumite and gold headjoint.
