Looking to buy a good used silver or silver-plated piccolo for college pep band this coming year. MUST be in good cosmetic condition (minimal plating wear/pitting) as well as having a straight body and not too many dings and nicks. Would also appreciate one in decent ready-to-play condition. Preferred brands are Yamaha, Gemeinhardt, Armstrong, Bundy.no junk! Would prefer silver-plated or silver headjoint.any kind of body (composite ok but NO WOOD!) Willing to pay up to $175, possibly more, depending on condition of instruments. Must include pics as well! Thank you!

WTB an open-hole flute: I prefer at least silver plated, inline or offset G is fine, B foot would be nice but definitely not necessary. Don't care how old or if it needs pads, just need something that sounds decent and is open-holed. I can pay between 200-300 and don't need it until August. Thanks!

This is a used Yamaha Allegro flute, 371. It has a solid silver head, silver plated body and foot, with a gold mouthpiece. It also has an offset G key for easier playing, and open holes, which provides a clearer sound. This intermediate level instrument is easy to play with a beautiful sound. Is in excellent condition, with no major scratches or dents. There is a small dent on the mouthpiece, but does not effect the playability or sound. This flute has recently had a check-up, so there are no problems with the springs or the pads. I am asking for $900, but am willing to haggle if you are serious about buying this instrument.
