Professional Handmade Flute <jakem_76@yahoo.com> - Portland, OR USA - Monday, February 02, 2009
I have my beautiful Allora Flute for sale. It was only used as a back up and is in pristine condition. This all sliver flute, including the head, body, foot and keys, sings with a beautiful full and rich tone. The Allora flute was handmade here in America and as they have stopped production this is one of the few you will see for sale. The instrument is off set with a b foot and comes in a cherry wood case and a black leather cover. Originally it sold for over $4000. I bought it for less than that and am selling it far under its value, but I can't keep all the flutes I have. Pictures on request. I will part with it for $1250.

SOLD! Platinum plated Altus 1107 <flautodamore@yahoo.com> - Brooklyn, NY USA - Thursday, January 29, 2009
Another flute from my arsenal of instruments.this has been my primary flute for a while now, but I have recently decided that I really want to return to gold (mostly for admittedly shallow aesthetic reasons, and I like the way gold feels on my lips). This is an AMAZING flute, and has one of the most special sounds I've ever heard. It is COMPLETELY homogenous from bottom to top, and has a warm but assertive character. It is an offset open-hole flute with a split E, and a completely platinum plated .958 Britannia silver tube! Pics upon request. Asking $6,000, but will absolutely consider offers.
