Unibody (one piece body and footjoint) construction to low c. Nickel silver tube, silver plateau, pointed-arm keywork on ribs, reminiscent of keywork for wooden flutes by this firm. Offset g, closed g#, b trill. Plays well at a=440. The flute is in near-mint condition, good pads and adjustment. Period, possibly original case with fitted space for a piccolo, long swab rod and old, probably later canvas case cover. Asking $2,500. |
